My name is Brandon Clementson, and I am a Technical Support Manager for Synology America. I am an experienced leader working to constantly improve myself, and the lives of those I work with. In every role I take, my goal is to make wherever I am better.In my current role, I lead a team of incredibly talented individuals in charge of helping enterprise and home users maintain consistent access to their data. When a user’s RAID array crashes, or their iSCSI LUNs suddenly go offline - preventing their business from functioning - we are who they turn to.As a manager, I have high expectations of my team. They set the example, not only to each other - but for the entire support department. I meet weekly with each team member for regular one-on-ones in order to retain clear communication and catch potential issues early. Additional coaching and guidance is offered so that each employee can perform at their highest capacity.
