I am a technology leader with more than fifteen years of experience managing systems, projects, and personnel. I have specialized expertise in the K-12 sector. Having worked for highly regarded school districts in California and Minnesota, and well-respected institutions and companies such as the Federal Reserve Bank and Best Buy, I've had a lead role in the planning, development, implementation, and support of technology initiatives and IT infrastructure. The approach that I take towards the work that I do is one that puts people first. I believe that forging quality relationships is a critical component in building a strong team and an effective organization. My approach to planning, problem solving, and serving the overall needs of the department and the organization that I work for is one that is rooted in collaboration and customer service. The experiences people have when they come to work every day matter to me. I make it a point each day to let my colleagues know that I that I care about them, and that I will do what it takes to help everyone flourish. Working every day to support a cause that helps strengthen a community and provide services that can be transformational to people’s lives is something that brings me great pride and satisfaction.
