• Supervise Special Needs Swim and TGIF programs with over 150 participants • Facilitate developmental workshops centered on social justice education • Supervise three student coordinators • Create and implement assessment tools for SNS and TGIF programs • Ensure the safety of all participants, considering accessibility and potential risks • Manage program budgets exceeding $6,000 • Supervise $10,000 Alternative Spring Break grant allocation • Create student staff training and development programming
