Reporting to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing and the CMO, I built and led an in-house SEO performance marketing organization, managed large external agency partners, & led cross-departmental projects for SEO and Local SEO.- Enterprise SEO strategy, ideation, OKRs, & execution- Responsible for a $2MM SEO budget- Grew keyword rankings 250%, organic traffic 208%, and new user reach 211% YoY by in-housing all SEO functions- National SEO for B2C & BCB lines of business, including Residential Pro, DIY, SMB, Commercial, Health, National Accounts, Multi-family, and Solar- Local SEO Strategy: 350+ US offices- Product management and SEO support for all acquisitions: ADT + Google, Blue DIY, ADT Commercial, Protection 1, etc.- Built first-of-its-kind digital SPAM mitigation program, partnered with Google & Bing- Created a mobile-first culture, partnering w/Google engineers to improve mobile web products- Built in-house SEO performance content marketing team, technical SEO program, & an internal link-building program- Developed proprietary crime maps application for Web & Mobile SEO- Streamlined data gathering with automation + full-funnel reporting to connect SERPs & Revenue- Managed multiple large website migrations- Streamlined Web Engineering, Product, & Legal workflows to drive efficiency- Developed & maintained intake system, consistently beating established SLA- Established a library of SOPs to maintain quality at scale- Led all eCommerce and YouTube SEO efforts- Created a company-wide digital online reputation management program, including developing employee training, digital/physical resources, automated review monitoring w/email alerts, and integrations with Sprinklr & Medallia to build a positive reputation online and showcase the voice of the customer.Also, led & supported broader digital marketing efforts; including Display Ads, Paid Search, SEO, CRO(A/B testing), digital product management, CRM improvement(w/Adobe), and UX efforts.
