I have implemented many technological projects, including the ones listed above, as well as forms and databases to help the business go paperless and go green. I have converted more than a half-dozen forms that the office once prepared by hand and with a calculator, to an automated Excel sheet that will take the data given and perform all the necessary calculations, using cross-worksheet and cross-workbook dependencies and relationships to complete.On the other side, I manage the business aspect of the business. I manage all accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, invoicing, and other financial functions. I also assist in coordinating of advertising, including overseeing and implementation of business branding through social media.
