Building rapport with customers and getting an understanding of what they like best or what would work best with them. Discovering and suggesting what would be best for there needs in a automobile. Knowing and understand particular automobiles including there features, and specifications. As well as comparing other vehicles in its class to be able to demonstrate and show the prospective customer how that particular vehicle would work best for them. Asking for the sales, overcoming objectives, and closing the sale to meet sales goals and objectives. Also hitting weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals as an individual and as a sales team.

Over see 100% of dairy department operations including product ordering, product organization, stocking, and cleanliness. Being in charge of other dairy team members as well to make sure everything runs efficiently and smoothing to assisting customers to any needs or products they may need. Providing excellent customer service is also key 100% of the time.

Cleaning and maintaining a customer friendly bottle return entrance, listening and communicating any needs or concerns of the customers.
