Current• Selected as one of only two RAEs to manage Baylor Genetics' multi-million-dollar flagship accounts based upon successful demonstration of leadership skills, positive client feedback, product knowledge and cross functional capabilities.• Developed and implemented a combination of grassroots and digital media campaigns to execute successful sales strategies leading to a 50% increase in Whole Genome Sequencing orders in final fiscal quarter of 2023.• Only member of the existing Business Development team selected to join an all-new sales team tasked with commercializing Baylor's genetic test menu with directives to build and manage new business within a multi-state territory.• Served as interim RAE for Mountain and North Texas regions, resulting in management of 16 states while simultaneously serving as a designated mentor for new hires.• Provide regular feedback and engage in collaborative measures with sales leadership to streamline processes and clarify Baylor's value proposition for providers and patents.• Present clinical information to providers and staff in the NICU/PICU/Pediatric Genetics space, effectively communicating the competitive advantage of Baylor's flagship products and services.
