Current• User Account Management - Oversee the creation, maintenance, and deactivation of user accounts, ensuring proper security and access control.• Technical Support and Troubleshooting - Provide prompt and effective troubleshooting support to resolve user issues and system errors.• System Upgrades and Maintenance - Ensure the Salesforce system is up-to-date by implementing changes and improvements based on Salesforce's quarterly releases.• Feature Development and Process Optimization - Design and implement new features and processes to support the evolving needs of both the Commercial and Service teams.• Reporting and Dashboard Management - Create and maintain customized reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the Commercial and Service teams.• Training and User Support - Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to educate users on Salesforce best practices and new features.• Data Integrity and Quality Assurance - Implement and enforce data quality standards to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the Salesforce database.
