Worked with AT&T Mobility to manage their out-sourced real estate needs. Managed all site selection in the Texas market by coordinating with local broker networks, approving sites, negotiating LOIs and leases, and maintaining accurate real estate and construction timelines up to and including store opening. Developed and executed a plan to push back space delivery dates up to nine months after the originally negotiated date on all projects scheduled for 2009 deliveries. Represented AT&T at ICSC Conventions.

Responsible for the development and implementation of a network plan for new and existing Banking Centers in the state of Texas. Used knowledge of markets in conjunction with demographic data to find the areas of highest opportunity for the bank while also providing a network lift for existing locations. Developed relationships with internal business line executives in order to help them understand and support the network concept and Comerica’s expansion efforts. Developed performance forecasts for all potential new sites. Successfully transitioned network plan to senior management after my department was eliminated.

Developed and implemented store growth strategies for a territory including Texas, New Mexico, Virginia, Washington, Oregon and Idaho. My responsibilities included market analysis, site selection, initiation of the LOI process, presenting sites and markets to the CEO and the Director of Real Estate and lease negotiations. During my tenure, I exceeded expectations in identifying and acquiring A+ sites by regular market tours and networking with brokers and developers in the field and at ICSC functions. In addition, I was the only Real Estate Manager that the CEO would allow to review and analyze the quality of real estate of companies Cottonwood Financial was considering to purchase.
