Working on large-scale enterprise applications as a member of Detroit Labs' OnSite Team

As a Detroit Labs Apprentice, I am learning the fundamentals of iOS programming in Objective-C during a three-month intensive training program, after which I will be working onsite at one of Detroit Labs' client sites.

The Michigan Beer Show is a podcast dedicated to celebrating Michigan beers and the people that brew them. In charge of the website (content management, handling technical issues, managing RSS feeds for podcast and blog), producing the shows, developing and implementing promotional and marketing strategies and coordinating sponsorships and partnerships.

My role is to help deliver an outstanding customer experience by working in sync with both the development and customer support teams to ensure that the code we ship is well-tested across multiple platforms including web, iOS and Android and that our software seamlessly integrates with an ever-expanding list of hardware.

Working as a Web Content Coordinator with a large corporation to assist in the creation of a new corporate website. Accomplishments include being tasked with the creation of highly trafficked, high-visibility pages and providing SEO recommendations and best practices for future implementation.

Assisting with shooting, editing and programming content for Haslett Public Schools public access station, The Vision 22. Other responsibilities include equipment recommendations and regular maintenance of equipment.

Provided recommendations for a brand new video production studio. Plan, produce and deliver professional quality training videos for new employee training. Reports directly to Associate Vice President and Vice President of Residence Education and Housing Services division.
