Conducted investigations that related to aircraft mishaps and violations of airspace usage. Engaged in the management of personnel strength for a facility characterized by high employee attrition through communicating manning needs to higher headquarters. Maintained accountability of more than $6 million of ATC equipment. Developed and refined courses of action for the evacuation of aircraft operating near the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) in the event of invasion by hostile aircraft, imminent unauthorized penetration of the DMZ by friendly aircraft, and other emergencies. Conducted quarterly and annual reviews and recommended awards and bonuses based on performance for assigned civilian employees.Worked with U.S. Army and Korean military agencies to update and improve the airspace usage and integration on the Korean peninsula.
