- Joined the ranks of one of the most well-respected (and largest) concierge desks in LA, including 7 Les Clefs d'Or members. The iconic hotel, located in the heart of Beverly Hills, has one of the busiest, most intense concierge desks in the city.- Served as tastemaker and assistant to the hotel’s elite clientele, attending to their often challenging requests, from the surprisingly obscure to the ridiculously over-the-top. - Improved and increased my expertise of Los Angeles, and soon became a “go-to” resource for all things LA.  From restaurants to entertainment to unique excursions, my well-rounded, vast knowledge of LA is difficult to match.- Proven record of continually going above and beyond for my guests, - quickly discerning and anticipating their needs, providing special and insightful recommendations, and always striving to provide a “wow” factor with every interaction.- Created and fostered guest loyalty with countless “regulars” because of my consistent high-level of service and personal relationships developed throughout the years. For many, this loyalty to the Beverly Wilshire was exclusively based on our relationship. - Established a strong concierge presence for the Beverly Wilshire by cultivating relationships with local LA concierge, hotel service providers and others in the hospitality industry by regularly attending networking events, visiting other luxury hotels, ceaselessly exploring the city, and dining-out for every meal.  - Conceived new ways of enhancing our guest experience, such as implementing the use of an iPad to showcase restaurants, menus, LA attractions and more. We were the first concierge desk in LA to do this. - Created the @BWconcierge Twitter handle, which introduced a new and innovative way for hotel guests (current & potential) to communicate with the concierge.

- Hired as the youngest hotel concierge in Los Angeles and quickly established a solid reputation for myself during my first year in the concierge industry. - Broadened my knowledge and understanding of day-to-day operations with a ten-week training course, which included working in Front Desk, PBX, Bell Desk, Valet Parking and Spa Reception. - Proved my skills as a manager after being asked to take over for Chef Concierge during a transitional period of 6 months.
