Current• Manages 15+ bank and broker clients concurrently and ensures they are satisfied with the provided services • Focuses on solving client issues and overcoming challenges in order to maintain a successful relationship• Works with clients on implementing new products, improving existing products and creating product roadmaps• Manages multiple ongoing projects for each client and keeps them on track by using strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Communicates daily with external clients effectively through email, phone and virtual meetings• Produces and presents quarterly business reviews to executive level clients• Often gets ahead of client problems and uses creative thinking to solve issues without needing to involve SME’s or management• Achieved excellent individual scores in back-to-back years on annual Customer Satisfaction surveys
