Sr. Client Relationship Manager - Customer Communications
Current- Manages 15+ bank and broker clients concurrently and ensures they are satisfied with the provided services
- Focuses on solving client issues and overcoming challenges in order to maintain a successful relationship
- Works with clients on implementing new products, improving existing products and creating product roadmaps
- Manages multiple ongoing projects for each client and keeps them on track by using strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Communicates daily with external clients effectively through email, phone and virtual meetings
- Produces and presents quarterly business reviews to executive level clients
