• Installs, maintains, tests, troubleshoots, and repairs enterprise-class VoIP telecommunications equipment, systems and applications.• Recommends alterations and upgrades to systems, services and applications to improve the quality and supportability of the voice systems and products.• Directly impacts the reliability standards of the voice systems by following industry-standard best practices and procedures.• Works closely with the business teams to support customer-facing telephony applications and telecom related solutions equipment.• Develops long-term voice solutions that address current and future business needs.• Works with carriers and vendors to order, install, troubleshoot and maintain carrier circuits, telecom applications and equipment.• Experience with advanced networking, telephony concepts, practices, applications and equipment.• Experience in supporting telecommunications systems in a VoIP environment with advanced call routing, with CVP and IP-IVR call flows.• Experience with Cisco Call Manager required, in a Cisco UCCE Enterprise environment preferred.• Industry-specific certifications and training.• Cisco voice gateway router IOS and hardware support, SIP routing with CUBE experience.• Hands on experience with MS Server hardware and OS support.• Experience supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting and upgrading virtual servers in a VMware architecture.• MS SQL database query skills • Familiarity with programming languages such as CSS, HTML, Java
