• Installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of equipment at end user sites.• Assist Sales Representatives in developing solutions for customer needs.• Measure, design and install custom integrations according to customers needs. • Introduce and demonstrate features of machines to distributor representatives; visit customer sites with distributor representative and demonstrate machines/answer technical and sales related questions about machinery.• Train personnel at customer locations to operate and perform minor maintenance procedures on the machinery.• Maintain maintenance schedule for Western United States and Canada.

• First Article Testing and Approvals for vendor changes and outsourcing.• Recreate, Diagnose, and Troubleshoot Field Problems.• Test and Evaluate new products and prototypes for implementation.• Create and Write Testing Protocol and Standard Operating Procedures.

• Tensile testing, bend testing and conductivity testing per ASTM. • Operate, troubleshoot and repair CNC routers. • Calibrate and maintain lab equipment. • Maintain, back-up and archive detailed files of certifications.
