As a current Sport and Exercise Science student-athlete, I am dedicated to improving myself both intellectually and physically. That, along with a passion for human movement and recovery and driven by a desire to help others achieve their physical goals, has directed me to further my education by pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.Alongside academics, athletics has been an integral part of my life. Competing in cross country and track at the Division I level has helped me develop invaluable skills and attributes such as having a phenomenal work ethic, being fully committed, managing time effectively, and being a dependable teammate.
