I am a Tech System Management student at Stony Brook University, where I am pursuing my BS degree and developing my skills in IT infrastructure, project coordination, and audio-visual equipment. I transferred from Rochester Institute of Technology, where I studied Computer Engineering for a year and gained a solid foundation in computer hardware and software.Currently, I am an IT Intern at DoIT, where I manage and maintain IT infrastructure for Campus Residences, ensuring optimal performance and security. I am proficient in deploying and configuring new hardware and software, seamlessly integrating with existing systems. I also respond promptly and courteously to service requests, prioritizing urgent issues for swift resolution. Additionally, I am a USG Audio Visual Technician at Stony Brook Undergraduate Student Government, where I specialize in diagnosing and resolving technical issues with various audio equipment, such as speakers, subwoofers, and microphones. I also have expertise in lighting design and operation, leveraging light beams and pars to craft immersive visual environments for diverse events. I lead the organization and setup of student-driven events, both indoor and outdoor, throughout the campus, demonstrating strong project coordination skills. I collaborate effectively within a team of technicians to assemble and manage audio-visual equipment, ensuring smooth execution of events.My goal is to leverage my passion and experience in technology to create innovative and impactful solutions for various industries and domains.
