As a Student Assistant with First-Year Programs, I:- Interact daily with prospective students and their families in person, over the phone, by text, and by email.- Support incoming and prospective students in their academic transition by assisting them with advising & orientation, registration, and more.- Support the operations of the First Year Programs office by taking on projects and providing assistance to the First Year Programs Professional Staff.

As a FIG Leader, I:- Facilitate a GEN ST 199 Class Section of first-year students with the goal of aiding each student in their transition to the University of Washington.- Develop 10-weeks of curriculum each spring that contains modules, lesson plans, and assignments.- Collaborate with First Year Programs staff & fellow FIG Leaders.

As a tour guide at the University of Washington, I:- Provided guests with a fun and interactive experience.- Supported all guests and prospective students by being open and responding to their various questions and concerns.- Collaborated with other tour guides to develop my skills and tour details further.

- Received information and training relating to project management, corporate social responsibility, and diversity & inclusion, among others.- Spent 80 hours completing relevant coursework, engaging with guest speakers, and participating in additional activities related to personal growth and professional development.
