Pick and packed items. I moved my way up to invoicing items double checking that they were picked right and then put on the belt to be packed. I’m in charge of doing any inventory corrections both in and out as well as damages. I get the work orders ready for the day for my other co workers to get them picked. After all the invoicing was done i will go down to shipping to make sure they’re shipping the items correctly and that UPS stays with UPS and USPS stays with USPS.

Ran register as lead cashier. Offered extended warranties as well as tried to get people to sign up for our credit card and store saving card. I would also stock shelves as needed and kept my area clean.

Each day we were on a dialer system which we’d receive inbound calls but answer as if we were calling them. We’d call these customers to see if they could pay off their balance if they had one, we’d make sure they didn’t need any refills on medications they already take as well as asking them questions about their pain and other things to see if we had any other medication that would be of help or then. All calls were recorded and we had a script which had to be read verbatim as well as rebuttals.

I did a little of everything. I cooked, delivered, made sure we had plenty of prep for the day. I couldn’t inventory. Made sure I had a crew each day I worked and if someone called off I’d do my best to pick up the slack. At the end of the night I made sure everything was as clean as possible. Dishes, floors, dinning room area, salad bar, etc.

Mixed paint to make the correct color the customer wanted. Made sure everything was together for bigger orders. Always made sure the orders were ready when we said they would be because if not that throws their job off. I stocked shelves.)Gave advice of what type of paint to use as well as helped pick colors for those who wanted the extra eye. Checked the customers out when they were ready to leave, made sure to help load items. And I’d clean the building at the end of the night so it was clean and ready to go for the next day.

Called customers to remind them of appointments coming up, scheduled appointments with the correct doctors.

Ran register, stocked shelves, tried to enroll customers in the store savings card. Cleaned up at the end of my shift (bathrooms, vestibules, etc,) and also made sure my work station was clean and neat.

Took care of the patients needs. Helped them with every day activities if they needed assistance. Changes briefs and kept my residents as clean as possible. Helped with giving showers. Served them their meals and would feed those who needed help. I’d make sure my patients were comfortable and not in need of anything before leaving their room. And I made it a point to answer call bells as soon as possible so the patients didn’t have to wait for whatever it was the needed.

Ran the deli, made special drinks, made sure the food was fresh and good according to expiration dates. Would clean dishes that needed cleaned. Prepared the food for the morning shift. And made sure my work area was always clean.

Ran register and lottery. Was responsible for closing down my til and lottery after each shift. I would also clean the building on down times; bathrooms, mopping, vacuuming, etc. Rotated and stocked items as needed. Made sure coffee bar was stocked at all times.

Ran the electronics department. Was in charge of putting stock away and correctly. I had to put the locks on items that were expensive so the chances of them stealing those items wasn’t as high beings the lock mechanism was on them. I was also responsible to try to get people to sign up for credit cards and donate to the march of Dimes. I actually won’t the most donations for the March of Des.

Cleaned each patients room, did laundry and made sure it was returned to the correct patient. I helped serve meals and cleaned up once everyone was finished. It was my first job so I only worked every other weekend.
