Lead design, build, and conversions of multiple Ambulatory clients including Oncology, Cardiology and Surgery. I took Ambulatory solutions live in over 5 multi-disciplinary healthcare organizations. I led events, including maintenance training, integration testing, project kick-off, design review, system review, system validation and post conversion assessments. During projects and several weeks following conversion, I tracked and resolved client service requests. As the Ambulatory knowledge lead, I worked across the company to keep my team up to date on upgrades, methodology changes and IP releases.
