As an Account Manager at Vatica Health, I collaborate with C-Suite leadership, doctors, facility staff and key external stakeholders to build relationships across the Midwest and Southern Regions. With over four years of experience in customer and client success, I develop and present strategic, comprehensive, organizational-specific plans to increase program performance and client satisfaction. I also utilize reporting technologies to track YOY growth and performance, such as PowerBI, OneNote, Salesforce, PowerPoint and Excel. I proactively identify performance improvement opportunities through analysis and discussion with subject matter experts, and develop effective improvement plans for clients that are not meeting performance goals. Additionally, I enjoy contributing solutions and improvements to the Vatica Health cloud-based platform for internal and external users. I am also pursuing an MBA degree at the University of Texas at Dallas, with a focus on enhancing my business acumen and leadership skills.
