Oversee risk program for the Treasury Management Group (product, sales, service, & monitoring). Manage a team of 12 risk professionals that help with delivering and executing the oversight needed to ensure the risk framework is being adhered to. • Participate in enterprise and segment level committees to ensure visibility• Partner with other Lines of Defense on risk activities to create transparency • Continually analyze the key business processes to ensure proper controls are identified and documented• Participate in all internal audits• Collaborate in all new product assessments to ensure appropriate risks and controls are identified• Identify opportunities to provide efficiency in risk related activities• Represent Treasury Management in projects lead by other segments

Oversee risk programs for the Private Client Group & Huntington Insurance & Title Group. Coordinate efforts to align business units with corporate and segment risk appetite including:• Participate on enterprise risk and segment committees to ensure visibility. • Continually analyze the key business processes to ensure proper controls and risk are identified• Collaborate with partners in designing effective controls to mitigate the risk• Evaluate the adequacy & effectiveness of enterprise and regulatory controls• Maintain the risk register for each business unit. Review & revise based on business strategy changes and/or industry standards• Participate in the creation & presentation of the comprehensive risk & control self-assessment • Drive risk culture by establishing expectations, ownership, & accountability including reinforcement and education/training

Oversee a set of products that provide cash management solutions to business clients. Responsible for the products P&L, develop strategies to support the business for maximum profitability with a risk base approach. Oversee ongoing training needs for customers, sales, and implementation. Subject matter expert and main point of contact for issues, customer needs, responding to RFP’s, and industry knowledge.

Establish and build profitable client relationships. I work with business owners to increase the value of their business by identifying ways to accelerate the cash flow cycle with basic to high level cash management services, and maximize availability where it may be applicable.
