As an inbound Patient Experience Advocate I received calls from patients looking for doctors. As an outbound advocate I called patients after their hospital stay or operation to check on their continued health and satisfaction with the stay.

I was a cashier for two weeks before being promoted to the Softlines Department as the phone operator. I moved up to Customer Service Cashier and split my duties between the three jobs until 1997 when I was promoted to the Cash Office. I balanced the cashier drawers, made change, encoded checks, filed on bad checks and credit cards with the DA's office. I also was in charge of the monthly cashier's newsletter.
