Client service for large Self Insured as well as Fully Insured Employer Groups, primarily Employee Benefits Administration.Process monthly premium billing and prepare the annual census reconciliation for Stop Loss Insurance. Annual review/update Summary Plan Documents (SPD), Summary of Material Modification (SMM), required notices, and client work- plan documents. Benefits and Administration of Flexible Spending Accounts.Large claim monthly review with client, Appeal/Grievance review as needed.Attend 6 month review and annual renewal meetings with Consultant.Assist Medicare eligible participants with selecting their Medicare D plans.Premium reconciliation for all lines of insurance offered by Employer groups.Assist with the planning of Employee Benefit Fairs, attend as well.Extensive travel, average of 600-800 miles per week.

Geisinger Health Plan Field Representative.Responsible for representing the Geisinger Health Plan during open enrollment meetings, health fairs, and benefit fairs. Responsible for doing audits on the customer service in queue call measures and claims adjudication processing with a focus on MVA claims. Enrollment Processor for 10,000 plus members enrolled with GHP. Employer group demo training for the Geisinger Health Plan's online website. Liaison between employer groups and the Geisinger Health Plans IT department during the redesign of the companies online website.
