Job Duties Included:• Organized online and classroom training promoting an ethics and compliance program to over 7,000 employees. Managed data implementation process for 25 operating companies for the ethics and compliance training program.• Ensured course translations were available and accessible to global population in 7 languages.• Managed online learning management system, as well as ongoing training initiatives for newly hired employees and for an overall course curriculum. Primary contact for all ChampionX operating companies to roll out new policies and additional training related to ethics and compliance. • Managed board evaluation process using Diligent system.• Developed and maintained third party intermediary training program through TRACE system. • Created and maintained SharePoint Compliance App using Power Apps.• Built and maintained Intranet site for Law Department using SharePoint.• Formatted Legal Tracker database and functioned as back-up coordinator for the Law Department.
