I am a Family Nurse Practitioner certified with AANP and have a current California Furnishing and California NP certification. I have worked as a NP for 4 years. I first gained experience with MPAC in long term/ acute rehab setting. I was employed with the CVS Minute Clinic in retail healthcare setting. I most recently was employed as a contract NP for In Genesis that was then contracted by STGi. As a NP I was responsible for generalized acute and chronic medical management. I am currently working in Telehealth as urgent care/ fnp for Marque Medical. I am certified as a Certified Medical Examiner to perform physicals for commercial motor vehicle drivers in accordance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. I have obtained credentialing for Controlled Substance 2 drugs. I have active DEA number.I have worked with EPIC, ECW, Velocidoc, Xperity, Clockwise MD, hp & Mac applications. I can type up to the 40 words a minute or more. Additionally, I have held many leadership and teaching roles over the last 14 years. I am a very ambitious and motivated employee .People would describe me as a very positive person. I have an upbeat personality and work best in a team setting. I do feel that telemedicine is also part of a team commitment. As a provider I may see a patient remotely but often times a patient needs some type of follow up which requires working within a team to get these follow up or tests ordered and completed. I have been working in Telemedicine now since July 1, 2020.I have day and evening availability. I can switch shifts usually with little notice. I have training in plastic surgery and as a nurse in a Medical Spa Robert Andrews. I have extensive background in gynecological, urological, nephrology, orthopedics, weight management teaching as a life coach. My husband and I have a small business for hydrostatic testing and work with gyms. I believe that many of my past experiences in many different fields offers robust exposure and experience.
