Loan processor/ closer: Review credit brief and loan approval. Reach out to client to collect all required documentation for the loan package, Review appraisal, title work, insurance and any other submitted information required to process loan request. Talk with underwriter about loan request. Ensure that approval falls within the established lending guidelines. Set up closing with client. Communicate with other professionals, including attorneys, county clerks and title companies. Prepare closing package for client. Send to branch personnel conducting closing. Combine any information received from title company, register of deeds and submit to records dept.

Perform maintenance on client accounts for changes or corrections. Board new loans onto the system. Balance GL's daily. Maintain contact between the branches regarding account questions; ie. payoffs, payment flow, reversal of payments, and such. Scanning of loan documents into our internal imaging system.

Assist loan officer with client files, obtaining information needed for processing the file, work with insurance company to obtain coverage, set closing with attorney and manage any information needed for the closing.
