Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of corporate office: including operations, lending, product sales and service.Maintain an exceptional level of member service.Promote the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.Achieve individual and branch sales goals through referrals and retention of member account relationships. Promote strength and stability within branch staff through communication, resources/tools and sharing branch management expertise.Facilitate weekly branch meetings and participate incoaches/management meetings.Create sales tools to aid staff in reaching annual goals.Uphold a relationship building philosophy.Provide members with Financial Counseling Sessions. Review financial picture and help identify potential opportunities reach financial goals.

Responsible for all the daily operations of the Indirect Lending Department.Manage indirect lending questions and concerns from Finance Managers, Members and Employees.Compile, organize and distribute monthly reports to staff and dealerships.Provide exceptional member service.

Consumer Lending including - personal and auto loans, second mortgages, credit cards and home equity lines of credit.Establish deposit and checking accounts.Establish business accounts, IRA, Certificates of Deposit.Assist with account inquiries and problem resolution.

Assist with account deposit and withdrawals.Provide expert knowledge of products and services to membership.Balance daily cash drawer, ATM and daily general ledgers.
