Stressed work is never our best work. I'm on a mission to remove as many manual follow-ups and tasks as I can. People work better when their systems and processes are intuitive to the user. We will set people up for success in their roles when we remove the burden of depending on our own memory and instead focus on utilizing the full potential of the tools and systems we have access to. There's always a better way. I'm an Administrative Team Leader and Project Manager with a desire to serve and promote growth in the people around me. My team:- Processes daily administrative tasks- Maintains SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) - Report on trends and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) - Deconstructs current processes and identifies was to improve- Work closely with a team of developers to create and implement new systems - Optimize platforms and programs available to automate reports, processes and email correspondenceThe key to streamlining any process is to review it objectively. You have to remove yourself and any bias from the situation and review from start to finish. I teach my team to always be asking 'why?'In his book Think Again, Adam Grant discusses the the power of knowing what you don't know and how to rethink problems from a new perspective.
