I am a problem solver by nature. Troubleshooting and solving various issues such as graphical, software/hardware, or setting up application architecture to get the achieved result give me a sense of purpose in my current work. Although the majority of work I have done has been autonomous I also appreciate shared learning from working in a team atmosphere. Gaining mastery of a new technology or business process excites me and gives me the challenge that I need to work toward continuous improvement. With previous experience in project implementations I've taken an interest in project management as each project brings new hurdles/problems to solve.
