Primary responsibilities:-Assists the Director in leading and managing the overall implementation process on behalf of the NACC for new products and initiatives.-Partners with Operations staff (Directors, Senior Managers, Managers and Supervisors) to understand the needs and expectations of new initiatives, system updates and process changes.-Participates in meetings and conference calls with client and Brand Leaders within Mason, as well as, ones that are in New York, California and Italy to set accurate client expectations for key deliverable.-Creates Knowledge Tool documentation for any new process, new procedure or new clients and performs train-the-trainer session with Business Training Team.-Responsible for transitioning new business and initiatives to Operations team once it becomes run the business.-Consults with project stakeholders (Project Manager, Management, Technical leads, Team members) to incorporate technical and schedule requirements into overall design process and make key recommendations for design that meet objectives and company goals-Completes Knowledge Tool updates and maintains processes-Partners with and conducts Quality components for respected brand.
