Coaching new employees and cross-training current employees, implementing process improvements department wide, researching and processing prospective client applications by analyzing credit reports and performing background checks on each officer of the company, working closely with Sales Managers and presenting them with a collateral risk assessment and financial summary to determine applicant approval or denial, preparing legal contracts and other client documents as requested by their Account Executives, creating and maintaining client profiles in accordance with company policy and procedure, professional communication with other financial institutions to ensure a quick and seamless process of acquiring or losing a client, creating/terminating/monitoring UCC filings, working monthly compliance alerts and other risk related concerns for current clients, working closely with Account Executives to complete company name changes or ownership changes

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Gathering and analyzing financial information on new and existing debtors to determine their credit worthiness and assessing the possible risk they carry to the company and our clients, researching and resolving tasks created by internal departments in a timely matter then communicating results to appropriate parties, processing schedule issues assigned by client accounting, maintaining professionalism and upholding company policy while handling difficult phone calls from debtors

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

High volume invoice processing to validate freight bills, receiving and logging all client schedules for the day, scanning of invoices into our system in a timely manner, daily communication with Account Executives pertaining to their clients, working and maintaining the department error report, daily communication with clients about their invoicing while gathering additional or missing paperwork

High volume customer e-mail correspondence, analyzing and presenting daily spending reports to the owner of the company, delegate tasks amongst employees, stay in close contact with each department, keeping inventory and ordering supplies weekly, check in and process customer returns, print & distribute customer invoices several times a week, packaging and shipping a high volume of customer orders daily, researching and pricing new items as they come in each day
