I began my HR career as an HR Generalist for a small manufacturing company, where I promoted to HR Supervisor after just 1 year. While in this role I enhanced many existing programs by implementing a 401 K, structuring compensation, and overhauling the Onboarding Experience. I later went on to work for a Fortune 500 technology company as an HR Service Delivery Consultant. In this role I participated in the implementation of a metrics-based employee and customer engagement system and supported the migration from one HRIS to another. As an HR Consultant, I have a wide range of experience in multiple functional areas of HR including Talent Management, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, HRIS Systems, HR Compliance, and Strategic Planning. Having worked for both a small manufacturing company, and for a Fortune 500 technology company, I understand the unique challenges faced by both small and large organizations.
