• Provide superior customer service to interested parties who apply to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and resumes to determine if they match the internship position descriptions posted by employers and recommend qualified candidates to employers.
• Manage multiple employer accounts and clearly communicate the status of each account and status of internship candidates on a routine basis.
• Prepare U.S. Military Service-specific DoD SkillBridge documentation for TSMs to gain approval through their command and aid TSMs as requested.
