Current•Responsible for handling a multi-line phone system, and screening incoming calls and voicemails.•Preforming front office responsibilities including greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate personnel to guarantee customer satisfaction. •Assisting with payroll and HR maintenance. •Receive, sort, and send mail for the entire company. •Effectively sort through company's email and forward them to the appropriate personnel.•Processing customer’s paperwork and forms entering data into appropriate database and ensuring files were kept up-to-date.
