Administrative Assistant
Current- Responsible for handling a multi-line phone system, and screening incoming calls and voicemails.
- Preforming front office responsibilities including greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate personnel to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with payroll and HR maintenance.
- Receive, sort, and send mail for the entire company.
- Effectively sort through company's email and forward them to the appropriate personnel.
- Processing customer’s paperwork and forms entering data into appropriate database and ensuring files were kept up-to-date.
