I've spent almost two decades working in hospitality; I started in the kitchen as a teenager and worked my way through every possible position including book keeping, deposits, inventory, and marketing. As anyone who has ever worked in hospitality knows, there is no job that grows your skillset as broadly and quickly as hospitality. I take great pride in having started my career in the hospitality arena and I'm incredibly grateful for all of the lessons that came from it; I learned time-management, organization, problem-solving, business operations, financial operations, and how to make the best old fashioned and espresso martini that you'll ever have, but most importantly, I learned how to treat people. Customer service is what I really excel at; I learned to anticipate the needs and desires of others before they've been expressed, I learned how to communicate with absolutely anyone, and how to make sure my customers leave satisfied, feeling like their money was well-spent. All of my experience made a transition to Digital Marketing seamless for me, it felt like a natural progression. Everyday I deal with clients who aren't sure how to clearly express their vision, clients who feel overloaded with responsibilities, and clients who don't know how to grow the business that they've put all of their heart, soul, and resources into, and I help. I see their vision, I carry some of their weight, and I help them be seen and appreciated for what they have to offer. Moving into a career in Digital Marketing has been a dream come true for me. A family-run business that operates with integrity, that allows me the freedom to work when I want from wherever I want, and my financial growth is determined only by my own effort and output. I've taken my desire to help people to an arena where I can REALLY help people. Helping other people achieve their dreams of running their own successful business has become a passion of mine because everyone deserves freedom over their time and finances, and to work for a company whose morals match their own.
