Project Manager for long haul and metro fiber services builds. Worked in tandem with fiber services construction project manager and the project cross-functional team to ensure timely and proactive courses of action taken for project development and completion. Secured rights of way for planned routes to include construction permitting, easement agreements, conditional use permits, building permits, and condemnation negotiations. Acquainted municipalities, commissions, and councils with Williams Communications and its role in the public utilities industry through presentations and scheduled hearings. Managed field offices and supervised field agents responsible for permit acquisition and site compliance. Requested by management to work on the emerging marketing team for Managed Services. Operated three separate functioning budgets with allocations of over $9 million each. Special projects included joint build relationships; local engineering for metropolitan builds and negotiating building contracts. Negotiated landowner disputes, easements and damages. Special project included metro build for National Football League in New Jersey and railroad audit negotiations.

Responsible for the operational load and tempo of an 800 soldier battalion. Ensured that all training was rehearsed, planned, resourced and executed to III Corps and US Army standards. Administered procedures for unit operations to ensure time management and information flow. Supervised three senior noncommissioned officers responsible for: (1) nuclear, biological and chemical training and tracking; (2) annual ammunition forecast and accounting for over $2 million worth of qualification expenditures and land management for training resources; and, (3) management of schools allocations for over 800 soldiers and officers and manages five companies weekly training schedules to ensure accuracy, completeness, quality and training standards.• Chosen in June 1999, to assume duties as the III Corps Chief of Staff aide-de-camp over all 1996 year group lieutenants on Fort Hood• Published and implemented Standing Operating Procedures to synchronize operations and the deployment of five military police units• Supervised law enforcement operations and special events support for over 100 personnel conducting law enforcement duty for over 60,000 soldiers and civilians on the largest Army installation in the free world• Selected to establish a standing operating procedures for the Fort Hood Military Police Ready Platoon and analyze and oversee the operation • Responsible for the Unit Status report for the battalion forwarded to US Army Readiness for use on deployment issues • Completed operations plan for Military Police response to increased threat levels on the Fort Hood installation• Deployed two-182 soldier units in support of Operation Joint Forge, Bosnia, to include all readiness and training aspects
