• Created a user-facing Manufacturing Process Audit database, using VBA coding, to ensure quality processes are maintained and to provide analytics to decision makers.
• Improved layout and flow design in the quality test laboratories. This allowed for more testing equipment to fit in the lab space and consequently improving throughput.
• Worked on a corporate team to improve and standardize the 5s auditing system.

• Investigated the Flint Water Crisis from the perspective of a quality system failure and identified key decision points that led to the crisis.
• This preliminary research laid the groundwork for a case study pushed by my professor.
