Les evaluated potential project sites in the Great Lakes by analyzing siting considerations such as transmission availability and permit requirements as well as technical constraints like bathymetry and ice formation. She successfully managed the company's application to the Department of the Interior that qualified the firm to participate in an exclusive offshore lease auction for wind projects off the coast of New Jersey.
