• I work as a senior graphic designer on the fiction team. I am responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of design solutions from picture books to YA novels that meet product strategies both for print and.
• Creating books, marketing assets and supplementary material on time, within budget and in-line with strategic market requirements for a variety of markets
• Administrative duties - I understand budget guidelines, budget management, the in's and outs of contracting freelance artists/designers, and scheduling
• One of my favorite responsibilities- directing illustrators, freelance designers, and the occasional photo shoot. All the visuals that will make the book attractive.
