Regional Support Manager - Americas
CurrentMy Roles and Responsibilities of Regional Manager - Americas include managing a team of 8 direct reports and the following:-Act as personnel manager for local support analysts -Conduct performance management and career development conversations -Drive positive culture and teamwork across the department (regionally and globally) -Manage scheduling, workload, and overall capacity for local support analysts -Train new hires and lead additional skills trainings based on demand-Liaise with Human Resources to assist with sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding -Ensure compliance with current internal tools and processes and proactively identifying future improvements to drive throughput and efficiency -Champion high quality customer service is delivered and aligns with company core values
