• Maintained an Exchange 2007 environment that consisted of 5,000 mailboxes, 60 mailbox stores in a Standby Continuous Replication configuration and integration with mailbox journaling, OWA, EAS, Enterprise Vault, Blackberry Enterprise Server, and RightFax. • Led the implementation of an enterprise-level deployment of Symantec Enterprise Vault archiving for Exchange (mailbox, instant messaging, and journaling). Reduced the Exchange storage footprint by 40%. Implemented corporate retention categories and highly customized archiving polices. Managed and maintained Enterprise Vault server health, storage requirements, replication, integration with Exchange 2007, Outlook and OWA. Facilitated email discovery requests with Symantec Discovery Accelerator for Mirant Legal and HR departments as well as outside council.• Extensive experience installing, configuring, and maintaining over 600 physical and virtual servers in Mirant’s corporate datacenter, regional sites, and shared space at SunGard Availability Services locations.
