A strong advocate for collaboration, Alexis fosters teamwork and synergy across departments, aligning goals with organizational objectives and industry best practices. Before joining Capital i, Alexis held various roles in consulting firms, leading to robust skills across disciplines. She was a public servant at the Department of Veterans Affairs, working in claims processing, data and management analysis, operations management, and acquisition leadership roles. She has private consulting experience with household names such as Berkshire Bank and United Way for disaster mitigation efforts and Parker Hannifin and Gojo Industries for acquisition market research. She’s also secured emergency shelters for plane crash victims with the American Red Cross and led volunteer teams to build homes with Habitat for Humanity. Holding a bachelor's degree in public health from Baldwin Wallace University and a minor in national security, Alexis completed a master’s in strategic management from the University of the Cumberlands. She also holds several industry-standard certifications, including PMI’s PMP, FAC’s PPM and COR, and SAFe’s 5 Agilist, among others.She enjoys travel, outdoor activities, reading, and making memories with her partner and their dog in her free time.
