• Plan and conduct effective and engaging practice sessions that focus on skill development, strategy and game preparation.• Foster a positive and supportive team environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship and respect.• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate practice schedules and game schedules.• Ability to develop and implement personalized coaching plans for individual players.

• Support customers in all areas of the branch, from the cash handling and service needs, to rotating throughout the branch based on the customer needs.• Research and answer customer inquiries with the intent of enhancing customer retention and engagement by leveraging various tools and channels to recommend appropriate solutions/products.• Ensure all audit, security policies and procedures are followed in accordance with Bank policy and Federal regulations.• Friendly and engaging connection with customers. Whether helping with technology challenges, having casual conversation, or simply showing off the services and products we offer.

• Work in accordance with H&M standards and security routines.Actively process, stock and replenish garments on sales floor and stock room.• Unload delivery truck, receive, open and unpack label merchandise with security tags within timeline goals.• Follow all procedures and routines regarding safety, security and administrative processes in all areas of store.
