At Best Buddies International, the focus of my leadership has been the cultivation of our organization's vision across various programs, enhancing the lives of those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Leading with a strategic mindset, my role encompasses the development of a comprehensive leadership plan, including initiatives such as Transitions/Pre-ETS and the Leadership Academy, that empowers participants, staff, and volunteers.My operational leadership previously spanned seven states, where I supervised a dedicated team ensuring financial health and the execution of fund development strategies for a budget exceeding $5 million. With a certified strength in ideation and adaptability, our team successfully audited programs to ensure consistency and success, fostering collaborative partnerships with State Advisory Boards.
