Senior Product Manager for Amazon Prime StudentLed global products and programs to engage and retain young customers for Amazon, focused on creation and optimization of add-on Prime Benefits, promotional programs for Prime Student members, and new youth-focused benefits. - Revitalized and oversaw continued training program that included casualty drills, seminars, lectures and examinations. Initiated streamlined electronic record keeping and established time and quality metrics to add transparency and boost morale; led to back-to-back above average Reactor Safeguard Examinations - a major improvement from previous evaluations. - Led planning and execution to overhaul the instructor training program. Developed and administered the training and recertification of more than 500 staff following an extended site shutdown. - Awarded the Navy Commendation Medal for superior leadership while transforming the training program at NPTU Ballston Spa. Qualified more than 400 nuclear operators; highest first-pass graduation rate among five peer sections. - Directed training, operations and maintenance for a nuclear shift section during two major overhaul periods; rated as the best on-site among five peer sections.

Communications and Assistant Operations Officer- Second in command of a 60-man department during 7-month transoceanic strategic deployment. - Led the submarine force's pilot platform shift from paper charts to electronic navigation. - Supervised all incoming and outgoing communications and managed intelligence teams during a Western Pacific mission deployment and home port shift; Managed frequency, bandwidth and mast resources during major equipment overhaul and shift to IP based communications. Authored tactical troubleshooting guides still used today by submarine fleet.- Awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for outstanding performance while leading watch team for missions in support of the war on terror as Officer of the Deck.Chemistry and Radiological Control Assistant- Provided training, career counseling and performance evaluations for a division of 15 personnel.- Revamped and supervised nearly flawless radiological audit program. Established electronic radiation dose tracking system; reduced audit findings over 90%.- Ranked #1 of 16 junior officers onboard.
