Responsible for and oversaw all Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Marketing, Writing, Recruiting, and Stewarding for the growth and continuation of the following:The Annual Promise Ball Gala Auction:- Worked directly with Development Director, Auction Chair, and Committee to achieve goals of $150,00 for Silent Auction and $180,000 for Live Auction. - Recruited and oversaw Committee of 25+ people including previous and current Board Members.- Hosted monthly committee meetings in which I created all materials (agenda, spreadsheets, etc.) to discuss progress and how to achieve current goals in a creative and strategic way. - Created and followed a year-round timeline for securing Auction Items, pre-Gala data entry and stewardship. - Provided timely and appropriate communications to sponsors, donors (current and new), and participants. - Led and oversaw the Gala Youth Ambassadors with the Annual Youth Ambassador Art Project, which consisted of over 50 children (ages 7-18) and their parents. With this, I demonstrated my creativity by successfully creating a simple, fun, and low-budget art project which was placed in the Silent Auction. - Utilized Greater Giving and One Cause platforms. The Ride to Cure Diabetes Program:- Successfully raised over $18,000 in 2019.- Recruited and worked with Ride Coach to increase exposure, participation, and fundraising. - Coordinated all Communications and Marketing through social media and other avenues. - Planned and hosted Ride Celebration Event as well as Ride Training Events. - Created a new Ride Facebook Group for easier team communications. Other Challenge/Endurance activities: - Successfully recruited 20 runners to run and fundraise over $13,000 for Team JDRF in the 2020 Chevron Houston Marathon and Aramco Half Marathon through the Run for a Reason Program. Utilized Stripe and Haku programs. - Oversaw, Recruited and Stewarded Team JDRF runners in the Walt Disney World Marathon and the Reason 2 Race program.

Community Development Coordinator in Marketing Department of Corporate Office | Main Coordinator of Fundraisers, Donations, Scholarships, and Events (Business Networking, Seminars, Texans, and more) of all 17 branches. Communications - Responsible for Marketing email correspondence to all 17 branches. Emails notify employees of all the upcoming events (inside and outside), special attire days, etc. Fundraisers - 6 different fundraising organizations throughout the year- MS 150, Food Drive with Houston Food Bank, Children’s Miracle Network, the American Heart Association, the Houston Fire Department’s Toy Drive, and Blood Drives. {For example, we were able to raise over $15,000 for the MS 150 and over $7,500 for the AHA.}Donations - work with an annual budget of $100,000 to meet and serve the needs of surrounding Houston areas (including Cy-Fair, Klein, Waller, Katy, Magnolia, Spring Branch, Tomball, etc). Filled requests provide interactions with School Districts, Chambers of Commerce, and other Businesses. Scholarships - We provide anywhere from 5-7 scholarships every year for graduating high school students amounting to $4,000 for each student. Houston, Texans - As an official sponsor of the Houston Texans, responsible for the organization of all Texans related events - Player appearances, Seminars, Stars in the Classroom events, FCCU Game day related events, and utilization of Texans Ambassadors. We currently have over 10,000 Texans Checking members- members have the ability to win Texans prizes each week.Seminars - Plan out yearly schedule including Home Buying, Auto Buying, ID Theft to newer topics. Provided new places to host seminars outside of our branches as well as providing new seminar topics to cater to our member needs. New topics can include- Marriage & Money, Millennial Entrepreneurs, College Preparation, Parents & Finances.
