The Monarch School & Institute is dedicated to empowering individuals with neurological differences to move from dependence to interdependence and make more meaningful contributions in life. About The Monarch Institute for Neurological Differences The Monarch School is the cornerstone program of the Monarch Institute for Neurological Differences which also includes The Monarch Diagnostic Clinic, Therapy Services, Training Center, Transition Services, and the Replication Program. All are located at the new John M. O’Quinn Campus. Tuesday Tours The Monarch Institute, John M. O’Quinn Campus is located on an 11-acre site in the heart of Spring Branch, in Northwest Houston.
