As the current overseer of day-to-day warehouse operations spanning San Francisco, Portland, and Los Angeles, I collaborate closely with the company's head purchasing agent, networking team, Install team and VIOP department. In my role, I am entrusted with the comprehensive management of warehouse and building operations, where my primary objective is to enhance efficiency, productivity, and accuracy. This encompasses managing inventory, I take great pride in my role in developing and instructing the company's inventory management system, CGS, orchestrating shipments, implementing streamlined processes, and providing guidance to a team of warehouse staff. Throughout these responsibilities, I prioritize safety, quality, and customer satisfaction to ensure smooth operations and uphold the company's reputation.
