Hello! My name is Breauna Jackson and I graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato May of 2021 Magna Cum Laude with a BSN and minor in aging studies for nursing. My education and clinical experiences, especially my preceptor shift on a special care unit and medical surgical unit have well prepared me to begin my career as a RN. I am dedicated to high quality patient care as well as lifelong learning as a nurse. I have about 2 years previous experience working as a CNA, and 2+ years working and managing as a server/bartender. Each of these positions as well as my clinical experiences have taught me nursing skills, time management within a fast-paced environment, teamwork skills, prioritization, flexibility, leadership and effective communication with many ages and cultures as well as many more that I am eager to continue to implement in my nursing practice.
